Movie Review: GREAT Video to get you started on your Rebounder!

Due to a foot injury I needed an alternative to my biking/swimming for the winter months. I bought this DVD to start on my new Needak Rebounder Platinum Edition Half Fold Soft Bounce rebounder. It delivered. The short stretching routine before you get on the rebounder helps prevent any injury. The DVD is divided into 4 weeks, 4 fitness levels. I jumped into the second and third week quickly since I felt I was already in pretty good shape. This was totally enjoyable to watch and participate in. The music inspired me to want to 'bounce-bounce', and the setting was lovely to watch. Blanche seems to really know her stuff, and is pleasant to listen to, very encouraging. She explains everything very well and keeps the pace & enthusiasm appropriately. I enjoyed ending my workout with her lovely stretching routine. Loved her calm tone as she takes you through a short, but thorough full-body stretch. I highly recommend this DVD. It remains one of my favorites! My only issue with the DVD is that it still uses a paper label on the actual DVD.
