Movie Review: Underrated
Summary: 5 Stars
This movie surprised me by how good it really was. I am not a fan of Ben Affleck and frankly, my girlfriend made me watch it. At first the movie's plot just seemed so contrived, but when the two title characters meet you care so much for them that you actually believe that it happened. Gwyneth Paltrow was way too close to home when playing widow, and Ben Affleck did a pretty good job, reincarnating Jerry Maguire. From businessman to falling in love, he was, I have to admit, believable. The conversations between the title characters was very real thanks to the screenplay by Don Roos. This was his best movie to date, because I may be the only one to say this, 'The Opposite of Sex' was a jumbled up piece of mess. His characters have faults and I think that is great because so many charcters have no flaws whatsoever and it makes their characters phony. Maybe it's not for everybody, but this is one of the few so-called 'chick-flicks' that I could watch again. In fact, when it comes out on video, I might buy it for my girlfriend, but deep down it's really for me!Movie Review: Partnership in fate

Bought this movie and when it started playing, my first thought was "what a slow movie, so boring!". For its credit, I saw it twice in a row, repeating several times certain particular parts of it. And found out a beautiful message hidden in it. Simple things of life like fate, destiny and our personal attitude when confronting them. Living life in the fast lane, just to find out what a waste it could lead to. "A last call of the day". How important it is to have someone who makes you a last call of the day, someone to whom you can say "good night". This movie for sure is not for the critics' delight.
Those who didn't like this movie most probably never missed these "last calls" or "good nights" and have no idea how life is not having them.
This movie is not to be seen lightly, there is a lot of thinking that needs to be done on the hidden message it contains.
Partnership in fate; sharing destinies; a day-by-day struggle to survive but ultimately caring one another: that's real Life this movie tries shyly to show. And I loved it!
Movie Review: A very good and simply well made movie, so real!

Hola! Hello there! I just saw this movie a couple days ago and get catched by it. It was simple, well made, refreshing, romantic, with a couple of excellent actors! I don't know if Ben and Gwyneth were dating at that time but their acting looked very real, how they looked and kissed each other, i have seen other movies with them in other couples and i saw something different, i don't know if it was only me catched by the picture, but they were so real and natural. The movie presents a common theme in an uncommon situation, just out of cliche. "Bounce" makes remember that you just keep the faith that outhere is someone that can make your heart "bounce" again, maybe when you don't expect it. The Soundtrack is awesome too, i don't know why some people didn't like the movie, it just so simple and real that you only have to sit and enjoy it. You will also love it if you really like Ben and/or Gwyneth. Very good acting, they looked very cute!Movie Review: A very good and simply well made movie, so real!
