This DVD is one I would recommend heartily for parents of young children on the autism spectrum. I would have loved to have had this when our daughter was first diagnosed and we were learning how to help her go with us to the store,playground etc.
The DVD handles going to the store, broken down into seperate tasks like:finding a parking space ,helping shop for healthy food,there is also a way to ask for a break if you get tired or too excited.
This DVD also covers birthday parties and the doctor's office. Either of which can make grown ups cringe at the thought of attempting with a child who has autism.
