Movie Review: BONG WATER STINKS! 1 1/2 STARS
Summary: 2 Stars
Jack Black, Andy Dick and Co. do what they can in this pointless and goofy movie. As stoner films go this one just doesn't have many laughs or story for that matter. If you like stoner films, stick to the early Cheech & Chong films. Andy Dick made me laugh a few times, but that's about it. Black has a small role, but he makes his presence known as usual.
Summary of Bongwater
Struggling David (Luke Wilson) has big plans for his life - except he can't exactly remember what they are. When slinky, sassy Serena (Alicia Witt) waltzes into his life, things take a definite turn for the better - until his house burns down and she bolts to New York with a wannabe rock star (Jamie Kennedy). While Serena frolics back East, David gets by with a little help from his friends - like a singing farmer (Jack Black) and an oversexed rich girl (Brittany Murphy). If Serena ever returns, someone's gonna get a rude awakening, as this raucous comedy hurtles toward an outrageous and unexpected finish!Comedy DVD Video
