Movie Review: Love this ab combo dvd!

I really, really like this 2 part dvd. The first time I attempted to do both workouts and was sore for days. I would recommend getting used to each part separately at first. I've had it for a few weeks and do 1 of the workouts every other day and am almost getting to the point where I may be able to do both back to back. Both are really good! The pilates is a little more high impact. You can really feel it working. I really enjoy the yoga though. I like the slow, smoothly calculated movements. It is also very relaxing. And my abs shake trying to hold the poses. Anything with a total relaxation at the end I'm a fan of. My brother asked if I was taking a nap when he walked by. I've had a hard time finding ab workouts that hold my interest. These workouts totally do so far. And I already see results. I am a runner and do rock climbing but as I've gotten older it's been hard to target this trouble area.
