Movie Review: The best movie about horses!

The director did a great movie adaption of this movie with great acting by both the horses, and their humans, the art direction is beautyful, and the music is brilliant.Black Beauty tells his dramatic life story, where he discover both touching and dramatic events, this is the perfect novie for elder kids, who adores horse movies.

My five year old daughter has now watched this a dozens times. She loves it. It does have sadness, but it has so many great values in it, and she totally sees that. It is a lovely film.
The DVD itself has no frills, and I can't attest to the pixels, etc. as my television is an old one.

Exquisitely filmed, beautifully acted, and true to the book. My nine year old daughter watched the movie three times in the first two days we had it....and I watched it with her. I was very excited when I received the DVD after the Chinese New Year. Since I have read the novel, I knew the story well. The film revealed the right atmosphere of the story. It is a very good film. The quality is good, too. The most important of all, Amazon's service is excellent!
