Movie Review: A fun movie

I'm 31. I have no kids.
I'm an animation student- that was my excuse for buying this.
I liked it. It's fun. OK, I am a big Lego and Bionicle nerd, but still. My wife likes it, so it's not just my excentricities.
Your kids will definately like it. If Lord of the Rings is a little too violent and scary for your little ones, get them this. The storyline is almost- sorta- kinda- Lord of the Ringsish.
Good adventure movie with exciting scenes that aren't too violent for the kids.
Summary of Bionicle - Mask Of Light
Lego's Bionicle line has sprouted this complicated but impressive family movie, Bionicle: Mask of Light, to bolster the toys' mythic appeal. The story focuses on the robotic Matoran tribe from the island of Mata Nui, which is protected by six powerful guardians known as the Toa. Two small Matorans--one a potentially heroic "herald" and the other a historian-witness called "chronicler"--find a sacred mask of light, suggesting the imminent of arrival of a seventh Toa. Identifying that mystery figure proves difficult, however, especially with the evil spirit of shadows, Makuta, attacking Matorans with mechanized-crayfish warriors in a bid to possess the precious mask.
