Movie Review: HAVE FUN LOSING WEIGHT!

Although, I use the Tae Bo "Fat Blasting Cardio" dvd, Sun - Thu and Tae Bo "Bootcamp Elite - Maximum Power " dvd on Fri every week as my physical fitness regimen, I still like trying out the other Tae Bo dvds. Tae Bo "Funk"is a very relaxed workout. If you are used to the structured, high energy workouts often experienced with the other Tae Bo dvds, you might be disappointed but this workout will definitely help you lose weight in a very relaxed, and fun environment. You'll still burn approximately 500 calories! It is still very intense especially if you are a new user. So I would highly recommend this dvd for first timer users who are ready to get in shape and lose weight in a fun way. Do not mistake the relaxed atmosphere for a poor workout. I have used and still use Tae Bo to keep in shape. When I started Tae bo in February 2006 I was a size 6 and today I'm a size 0. So take it from me, you'll still lose weight with this workout.
