I think bobby vinton did a excellent job in this movie!Or as i would say Bobby vinton's movie.To bad he wasn't in more of it.Idon't care for the rest of the movie it's rather boring.Bobby made it interesting.To all you Bobby Vinton fan's it's worth watching his part's.Otherwise it's a waste of time.Bobby Vinton is a excellent actor too.I'm very happy John Wayne asked Bobby to be in it,bobby is also in John wayne's movie (bobby's movie)the train robbers.gotta watch it.Movie Review: Big Jake with John Wayne.

John Wayne is the last of the Great American Cowboys. In Big Jake you will get lots of adventure, action, laughter, and Americanism. The whole family gets into the act. The Duke has always stood tall, and Big Jake is no exception. I love seeing one Man make a difference. And The Duke does. In all of his movies. I say John Wayne for President. "Big Jake" is John Wayne's best movie (tieing with "Angel and the Badman" and "Rio Bravo"). An excellent plot, even better casting, and non-stop action are the trademarks of this movie. Big Jake (Wayne), is very impressive as a character, in true Wayne fashion. Definantly watch this movie!
Oh, and by the way, it is rated PG-13 for western violence, not G as appears on this page.

I purchased this movie for a Hospice patient because he said it was his favorite movie. He got to watch the movie one last time before he died. As he was dying, his family put the movie in so he could hear it (hearing is the last sense to go). I never saw the movie myself but I will tell you it must be pretty good!
