Movie Review: Great Movie, Real Life Stories, Inspirational, Grab a Tissue Box
Summary: 5 Stars
This film demonstrates how life is not fair and how different people deal with that fact. It is inspirational since it shows how life will continue but just may not be along the path you are on or in the direction you thought.
I see that it is listed as love and romance, I am not inclined to characterize this film as such. There is the love of a parent, a child, a brother, and a friend but no romantic love.
It contains some real life topics that may not be appropriate for younger children.
I have recommended this film to several people and they told me they enjoyed it.

This movie is what I have been dying to see come out of Hollywood. Finally, we have a production company dedicated to making a real difference in the world!! To date, the Bella producers have received confirmation of 13 lives that have been saved due to the Bella film. THIRTEEN LIVES! There are stories upon stories on how this film has changed thousands of hearts and I know it will continue to do so. See for yourself! Buy "Bella", and share it with others. It is that simple.

This is one of the finest movies made. With attention to careful, artistic detail, superb acting, exceptional cinematography, and apt musical background, the movie communicates; and the theme it conveys so artfully is the inestimable preciousness of life. It is a movie that carries the viewer along with the varying emotions depicted in the developing plot, but it concludes by leaving viewers with a positive, uplifting delight in having seen it. A marvelous film, and a gift to all of us. I've never cried at a movie before, but I had tears of sadness at one point, and tears of joy at the end. What a wonderful roller-coaster of life, all bundled up in 91 minutes. You MUST pay attention to the film, though. The storyline jumps around between four points in Jose's life, so if you leave the room, or are talking during the film, you will miss something important, and get lost. Make your popcorn before the show, tuck the kids in bed, turn off the phone, and give this film all your attention... you will become immersed in a beautiful story.Movie Review: Food for Thought

I have not been a fan of independent films, but this one is an exception. It is more complex than a typical Hollywood film, so much richer in its content. Family themes and cultural settings were well done. The story of pain and redemption, the fragility and preciousness of life, all weave a beautiful storyline. Our DVD scrambled up the last 10 minutes, and we were trying to figure out the possible ending scenarios as we fought with the machine. This is not a predictable ending, nor an ending that neatly ties up all the loose ends and is happily ever after. Realistic and inspiring.
