Movie Review: Basic Instinct Rules and DVD does it proud!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Summary: 5 Stars
I have owned this film for ages on video and have watched it loads of times , so when I recently upgraded to DVD this was one of my first buys . The first thing that realy strikes me with DVD's is the clarity of the pictures and all little things you've never heard before,for example the wind chimes outside of Hazel Dopkins house,and the background sound of the sea which you can hear at Catherines beach house. As for the film if you haven't seen this yet where have you been??? Basic Instinct has everything you want in a film Sex,action and a who done it storyline. One of the things I like most about this film is the very well crafted film score by Jerry Goldsmith who with Paul Verhoeven has made what could have been a plain old film into something filled full of edge of your seat moments. This is in my top 5 films of ever , and now its on DVD its even better!!!!
