I am taking a beginning ballet class and I thought this dvd would help me practice during the week, I was wrong. Most of the exercises are only shown on one side(so you have to pause to practice the other leg) and they go very fast. I would not suggest buying this if you are a beginner and need real instruction, or are just trying to practice.
