Movie Reviews of Bagdad CafeMovie Review: a desert road from vegas to nowhere... Summary: 5 Stars
One of my favorite movies! The acting is excellent, the plot, fantastic. A quirky little independent movie with a lot of heart, and some really engaging music. Don't miss the main song, "I am calling you..." An extremely moving and beautiful song... it will stay with you, as will this movie. Super cute.
Movie Review: Excellent movie! Summary: 5 Stars
Excellent movie! That's all I can say. Just watch it and you'll see why. You'll end up watching it over and over again. Superb! Just recently watched "Forever, Lulu" with Hanna Schygulla and Deborah Harry, which kinda reminded me of "Bagdad Cafe," although completely different, but in the same film genre.
Movie Review: Different Summary: 5 Stars
Reviewed and summed up well by others, I'll just add that from a truck enthusiast's perspective, this movie contains bonus footage and sounds of a tidy Barstow Cat-powered peterbilt and GM-powered 4070 International, plus background shots of various highway rigs and freight trains.A wonderful movie
Movie Review: Funny, quirky and poetic Summary: 5 Stars
This is one of my favorite movies, and I bought this one as a gift for a friend. The characters and quirky story line present a poetic and humorous look at the basic human complexity that connects us all. It is inspiring in its ability to emphasize our similarities in spite of apparent differences.
Movie Review: Are you a "friendship" material?? Summary: 5 Stars
This is the definitive "friend" film. What is friendship? How do friendships develop?? Bagdad Cafe will define and explore the nuances of human relationships for you on celuloid - no experience necessary. You'll come away not only enlightened, but spiritually uplifted,
