A very enjoyable combination of stretches for the back and neck. One day after "pulling my neck out", I did the stretches and it saved me a trip to the chiropractor. With chronic neck and back pain it is necessary for me to do regular stretches. I will be adding this to my regular use group of pilates and low impact aerobic workouts to continue managing my pain--I'm pain free as long as I do one of my workouts everyday. I will do this workout on days when I over do it at work or other activities.Movie Review: good, but very easy

I found this DVD to be for those who suffer from acute back pain & are recovering as it is extremely simple and gentle. I do not feel that it is good for those who have more chronic pain and want to strengthen and improve posture. Also, the sound quality is poor (at least on my copy). The price should be less for what you get.
