Movie Review: Excellent!

I bought this dvd to help with arthritis in my hips and neck. It has helped! I have been able to "break the pain" that was limiting my mobility, and have stopped needing the pain medication I was using. The series of exercises feels great, the music and ocean background is lovely and relaxing, and the instructions are direct and simple. I get back muscle aches just from everday activities and I wanted a stretching DVD specifically to relax back muscles. Mimi Solaire's "Back In Shape" offers gentle stretches for the back. There are two 15-minute sessions and they are filmed on a quiet Australian beach. The music is soft and fluid, the scenery is serene and calm. Mimi's voice is soothing and I find this DVD to be very relaxing.Movie Review: No more chiropractor

I sure miss my chiropractor. Actually, he's a great friend, but I just don't need to visit him professionaly anymore. Anytime my back starts telling me it needs help, I do one or both of the Back in Shape DVD sessions. Just got my DVD back yesterday after loaning it out to a friend, who says she tried it and then ordered her own. I used this tape as part of a program to get off pain pills. In a few weeks I was off the pills and feeling better and stronger. My injury resulted in muscle sprains that took yeats to heal. The exercises are very simular to the physical theraphy workout but the sequencing is better. Before I purchased this DVD I couldn't change my position in bed without waking up because of the pain in my lower back.
I didn't want to go to my doctor to get any pills, I wanted to try a way without painkiller.
