Movie Review: Excellent - Very Therapeutic...
Summary: 5 Stars

Video is very well done. This is a therapeutic video - not an exercise video. The positions and breathing in the first 15 min relax and align/lengthen the back. The gentle exercises in the second 15 min strengthen the back. As the video instructs, it must be watched it at least once all the way through. After watching it once or twice, you should be able to follow the excellent verbal instructions to follow along without having to look at the video. Looking at the video will mess up some of the positions/exercises - and would not be good for your neck. I often suffer from a very sore and tight lower back which I believe is the result of sitting all day at work. I believe anyone who has back pain will benefit from this dvd...
