Movie Review: Wasted My Money

I suffer from chronic back pain. I ordered the DVD in hopes that it might help to minimize the pain. I wasted my money. These stretches are for someone who is very flexible and with me having a bad back, it is not something I feel comfortable doing. It was also hard to follow because my tv is on the wall and I needed to constantly look up to see what stretches were being done. I would not recommend this product if you suffer from back pain.
