My 2.5 year old daugher enjoyed this video for the most part. She's just starting to show an interest in dance and I wanted to test her out with a video. At the beginning they were explaining how to warm up. This was slow for her and she lost interest quickly. She simply wanted to start dancing and standing at a 'bar' doing warm ups was not her idea of a good time. Once the dancers on the video got moving, we were good to go. She danced and danced and was thrilled. She especially enjoyed the other little dancers in their outfits.Movie Review: Read this before you buy!

My girls really enjoy doing this "dance class". My only real complaint is that I'm disappointed that I didn't order the "Dancing for Kids (Baby Ballet / Tot Tap / Junior Jazz)" DVD instead. It looks like that video includes this baby ballet dance class as well as a Tap dancing class and a Jazz class, so it would have been better value. It also would have been nice to have a bit of diversity.Movie Review: Not really for Babies! LOL

I bought this for my 19 month old. She mimics some of the movements, but it only holds her attention for about three minutes. I think she will enjoy it when she is closer to three years old or even older. It is a good DVD for older girls though.Movie Review: done on a low budget but loved by my 4yr old
