Movie Review: Love Love Love Deneuve
Summary: 5 Stars
Catherine Deneuve turns in a magnificent performance as a heartbroken mother whom becomes obsessed with her son's death and his surviving friend. She really turns on the emotion here and it is heartbreaking to watch her inability to move on with her life. I believe the reason for her obsession with her son's best friend whom survived accident is because her character is also tragically lonely. In her despair and loneliness, she clings to the person closest whom can understand her grief. Surprisingly, it's not her daughter or former husband. But grieving people can do unexplainable things. I think this film is for anyone whom has experienced loss.
