Movie Review: I expected to hate it
Summary: 5 Stars
I read all the reviews on this site and Netflix before buying this dvd. I assumed I'd hate it, like everyone else seemed to, but I was pleasantly surprised. I thought it was well acted and entertaining. I didn't think Sullivan's revamp was nearly as drastic as other reviewers thought. In fact, the orphan story still fits inside this storyline, and it does so, well. I liked the movie, and I'm a huge Anne fan. I'm glad I gave it a chance instead of just blowing it off due to all the negative reviews.
