Movie Review: Watch out if you have Romantic Paradise.

I like Andre Rieu's DVDs. I would recommend you to just pick any disc as long as it's Andre Rieu's, because I'm very sure you will like anyone of them. However, you must beware of one thing. The disc, Tuscany, is the same as the other disc called, Romantic Paradise. In the other words, if you really wants to see the review of this disc; you can view it under Romantic Paradise. This was my first taste of Andre Rieu: In this Video, there is great music with the beautiful location. This a delicious feast for the eyes, ears, and soul. Andre Rieu makes you a part of the audience, and he causes the audience to participate in the songs and dances. I loved this video, so much so that I loaned it to a friend who has now become an ex-friend that stole this disc. I cannot blame herMovie Review: Great DVD for the whole family

It has superb video and audio quality. The selected songs are all my favorites. Andre not only plays well but also very inspiring in leading his orchestra to enjoy the performance with him. I hope to see more of his DVD in the near future. I also purchased two other DVDs - Tuscany and Ireland's Albert Hall???. The entire presentation is outstanding. Carmen Monarcha has to be the finest 22-year-old singer in the world (at the time of recording.) Her stage presentation is magnificent. It is amazing that she is a soprano, but sings the alto part in a couple of duets with wonderful richness-tremendous range. Of all the Andre Rieu DVD's, the Tuscany concert is without doubt the best. The sound is superby reproduced, the photography is tremendously moving, and the music is matchless. The aria "O mio babbino caro," sung by the beautiful Carmen Monastro, with the tearful gentleman in the audience, is one of the most emotional moments I have ever experienced, and I love viewing it repeatedly.
