Movie Review: The Flying Dutchman---Poor Quality

I have one of the "poor quality" Flying Dutchman DVD's that others have written about. I have 8 other Andre Rieu DVD's and they are all good to excellent. The Flying Dutchman is one of the first Andre Rieu DVD's that I purchased and thought that the poor quality recording was due to it being a "Region 0" rather than a "Region 1" edition. Apparently that's not the cause as most of his DVD's seem to be Region 0's. The reason is because it is recorded on a DVD 5 rather than a DVD 9 format. Others have gotten replacements from Denon. Unfortunately, that doesn't appear to still be an option since the email address on Denon's web site no longer functions and there is no other contact information that I can find. My question is: If I purchase another copy of The Flying Dutchman from Amazon or anyone else, how can I be assured that I will get a DVD 9 version that functions properly? By the way, the show and music is wonderful, if the quality of the recording matched the content, it would be a 5 star!
