I usually have an awesome time with your product but in this purchase i received zilch.... Usually you are on time and very punctual... At first i thought it might have been because of the Holidays... but time came and went and I never received the item...
Like I said before i love the service i get from Amazon but sometimes like in everywhere you would receive one person who may have failed you or something going wrong..... Thanks
