Movie Review: Akira is the greatest anime ever !!!!!!!!!

Recently, I saw Akira at 3 o'clock in the morning on sci-fi channel. When I watched it I was immediatly blown away by this awesome movie.After that, the first chance I got I went out and bought it. The reasons I liked it so much was because the animation was great and the plot was fantastic. It was very deep and confusing, which I like a lot.Movie Review: The best japanamation ever created!

I've seen a lot of animes before and probably the best one i've seen would have to be akira.The first time I saw it it was confusing but the action was non-stop and eye-poping.Also probably the best anime to come out of the late 80's.I really liked the complex story plot,it made for a real kickin ride. I saw this film for the first time a while back, and fell in love with it. I even missed major parts, and still found it amazing. The detailed animation, and complex storyline left me dying for more, and I've tracked it to it's orgins in comic form. This film is one of my all time favorites. It displays both the high technology and spiritual awareness of a post-war Japan in the near future, complete with political intrigue. Akira, no matter how you slice it, is the greatest animated feature lenghth film ever made. Years ahead of it's time when it was made, and still to this day has no equals. The slight confussion in the middle if the film is long forgotten by the sensational ending. Don't miss this anime classic.
