Movie Reviews of Absolute Zero

Movie Review: No more yelling!
Summary: 3 Stars

I bought this movie because I LOVE disaster movies. I liked the special effects (although a little brief), I liked the idea of the problem.
The acting, however, was a little...missing. Jeff Fahey's idea of acting is doing a LOT of yelling, deserved or not. The death of one of the characters wasn't taken seriously (no, I won't say who it was), and the Jerk didn't get his due in a timely fashion.
I enjoyed watching it, but it is a typical B movie. I don't know I'd watch it again, but I might have the flu someday. :)

Movie Review: "Ho Hum"...
Summary: 3 Stars

Typical low-budget "disaster" film. Mostly pathetic acting but still (and I really don't know why) a good way to kill 90 minutes. One "blooper" (can you really have a "spoiler" for this type of film?)was when the news anchor lady said "icebergs are forming" in the ocean off the Miami beach. Icebergs don't "form" from salt water! Oh well, "science is never wrong" (a quote). Enjoy!

Movie Review: A Sleeper!
Summary: 3 Stars

This movie was OUT OF PRINT when I purchased it from a third party [ORDER FULFILLED BY AMAZON]. I paid what amounted to a RENTAL FEE for a USED copy and enjoyed the movie! The acting was more than adequate. The storyline was as believeable as THE DAY AFTER TOMORROW. I never heard of it when it was released which may be why it was overlooked!

Movie Review: Absolute Zero
Summary: 3 Stars

If you believe one 88 degrees in Miami and 6 hours ice berg floating in Miami Harbor, you like the movie... Some interesting concepts on global warming, magnectic changes in the Earth... B rated movie....

Movie Review: Eh
Summary: 3 Stars

Hey, it won't win Oscars, but I'm a sucker for b-list natural disaster sci-fi movies. I thought it was pretty entertaining.
