Movie Review: The Best date movie of the 80's...
Summary: 5 Stars
For me this is best and most truthful date film of the 80's. Being from Chicago everything just rings true. I always thought the film makers did a great job of adapting a David Mamet play into an 80's comerical date movie, while leaving in some of Mamet's complex wording in the dialogue.
Everytime I see this film it makes me miss my wild days in Chicago during the 80's. Ahhhh the memories....

I purchased this DVD (About Last Night) because it's been a long time since I first saw it - and never found it anywhere else to see it again - it reminds me my middle twenties...
So, I finally found it at amazon and it was very easy to buy the DVD, specially considering that I'm brazilian and live in Rio de Janeiro.

Movie Review: Excellent 80's romantic comedly

I love this movie. I'll put it in just to watch the first 10 minutes of James Belushi/Rob Lowe and get sucked into watching the whole thing everytime. Elizbeth Perkins is awesome as Demi Moore's bitchy girlfriend. Very 80's with hairstyles and clothes but still a great film.

I have to tell you that this was one of my faviort movies of the80's. Rob Lowe at his finest and Demi Moore could not be more convincing. Jim Belushi charcter was hysterical. It is a good date movie. Although i have to say i went with a bunch of girlfriends to see it.
