Movie Review: ah memories

i saw this tour, just not as the same venue. (mine was Dallas, Texas at Reunion Arena) and yes i remember it being this awesome. these guys seems to always put on a fu###ing awesome show. i just wonder how long Brian Johnson will be able to belt out the voice. it would suck to be touring, then lose your voice forever while singing a song. anyways, either way, they will always be remembered.Movie Review: Love AC/DC? Excellent video/audio quality. Great set of songs although not all of their best is here. However, considering how many years these guys have been rocking the concert would have to be 4 hours instead of 2 to fit EVERYTHING in and they have done an admirable job of fitting the cream of the crop into the video. Overall, this is the best concert DVD I own. Highly recommended to any AC/DC fan!Movie Review: Best concert video ever

Anyone who says this concert is "overdubbed" and "sounds like the studio recordings" is an idiot. I dare you to listen to the actual studio recordings, and then say the same thing! This is a fantastic concert video, and I have seen AC/DC in person many times. Believe me, they sound better live than on their recordings. I was a student at Sheffield University at that time. Came down to Donington with a few friends. Watching the video truly relives the experience. Suddenly everything came back - the sounds, the sights. Of course this time I'm nearer the stage - that time I was in the middle of the crowd - about 200m from the left of stage. Let me tell you one thing. This is one of the best Rock music DVD's you will ever see.Angus is the real show here. He gives us 15 minute solo's. They sound is very good. Sometimes you get live versions of the music and does not sound like the studio versions. This is not true here. The 5.1 DD is good and the video is sharp and bright.
