Movie Review: Serious & straightforward workout

This is my first DVD lead by Ilaria, who has a charming accent. I was looking for strictly a strength workout that was suitable for those who have limited time. I was aware of Ilaria's kickboxing experience, but with abs & pushups, you can't go wrong with classic strengtheners like these. Ilaria is a professional athlete, one look at her physique and she knows what she's talking about. It's a 30 minute workout, but take the time to listen to her introduction because it is informative-particularly for this serious workout. Modifications are offered, which I 100% used. The exercises progress from difficult to newer, advanced push-ups--like the spider! No equipment needed, not a lot of space needed, and working against your own weight and gravity is all I was looking for. Music is in the background, not loud at all, low rhythmic beats, sparse background/location to focus on Ilaria and her team. Well-directed and produced.
