Tony Anthony ain't no Clint Eastwood,however,is top-notch as the "stranger",a three part movie series based on the man with no name trilogy loaded with the usual spaghetti violence,shady characters,pretty women,plenty of shooting,good music score,and the usual greed for the gold plot,these movies blend in well with a bottle of tequila and a good cigar,filmed,1967,in Italy,U.S,and Germany,directed by Luigi Vanzi,you know the one,the only problem is the DVD,the tranfer is average like a VHS,no scene access and the DVD co. is Alfa Digital,full screen and widescreen,optional.

A STRANGER IN TOWN A.k.a. UN DOLLARO TRA I DENTI (A Dollar Between the Teeth). This is the first movie in the series of three "stranger" films that were loosely based on the character portrayed by Clint Eastwood in the Dollars" trilogy by Sergio Leone. Here, star Tony Anthony pits the US cavalry against a band of Mexican revolutionaries who seek to steal a treasure in gold. He helps the Mexicans steal the gold, but then steals it back from them. Also starring Frank Wolff and Gia Sandri, Jolanda Modio, Raf Baldassare. Directed by Luigi Vanzi. (1967-Italy/US) THE STRANGER RETURNS A.k.a. UN UOMO, UN CAVALLO, UNA PISTOLA. Tony Anthony again plays the lead role in this sequel to A Stranger in Town. This time, the wisecracking, bounty-hunting opportunist tracks down a murderous gang of outlaws plotting to rob a stagecoach carrying a fortune in gold.
