Movie Review: Depressing
Summary: 3 Stars
Good movie but very depressing. Based on a true story, it is not exactly a romance -- it is a survivor story. Similar to those books detailing the abuse the author went through in his or her youth, this movie shows the saddness and compassionlessness so prevalent during the old days, not just in spain but around the world.
If you want a feel-good movie in this genre, try out D.E.B.S., But I'm a Cheerleader, or the magnificent Slaves to The Underground. All great movies and not nearly as depressing.
