This video was pretty good. There were lots of techniques utilized (you'll have to re-watch it a couple of times or work on someone that's ok with you watching the video while practicing on them to get them all). The production didn't seem very high end but the video did serve its purpose which was to demonstrate various techniques. If obtaining new moves and techniques is your objective this dvd is worth it.
