Movie Review: THE BEST AND THE MOST ENTERTAINING PROGRAM ON TELEVISION

30 ROCK IS THE BEST AND MOST ENTERTAINING PROGRAM ON TELEVISION! The acting and timing of the actors is unbeatable! The acting is superb! The guests are above and beyond expectation! This show is something to look forward to all week! This show is always so funny every week! The characters are all such regular down-to-earth people! This show is like welcoming family into your home every week. I will definitely purchase the first season dvd when it goes on sale Sept.4. I anxiously await and look forward to it. MR. ALEC BALDWIN IS INCOMPARABLE!!! THE BEST!!! THE FAVORITE ACTOR OF MINE!!! I ALSO BELIEVE ALEC WILL WIN THE EMMY AWARD!!! When this show appeared on TV 5 years ago, I didn't like it because Tracy Morgan annoyed me, so I never gave it a chance. Also, I hate TV because of all the interruptions and commercials. So if I watch a TV series, it's generally on DVD.
One day I was watching pay per view on my cable provider and a few free episodes of 30 Rock were available. I figured why not, I'll watch it again. INSTANT LIFELONG FAN!!!!
Alec Baldwin is comic genius, Tina Fey is total babe and hysterical, in fact, every single character on this show is genius. It's just fabulous. It's like a five pound bag of M&Ms that you don't get fat from eating.

Movie Review: As much Fun as Funny

This show is a wonderful example of how it can be enough for a show to be fun. It's funny as hell at points, don't get me wrong, but you fall in love with the characters. I'd marry Tina Fey tomorrow, though I don't think my wife is too worried. Alec Baldwin kills in every scene he's in. Tracey Morgan takes more time to get used to, but I watched a few episodes with a young nephew, and even weeks later he's still quoting Tracey, his favourite character. There's a lot on the three discs of the first season, and by the end, you feel like you're well satisfied, while looking forward another six or seven seasons - hopefully. Highly recommended. "30 Rock" is undoubtedly one of the most refreshing, wittiest comedies to appear on the roster this season. Tina Fey and Alec Baldwin have perfect banter-like dialogue, invoking humor that is subtle but, if picked up on, will leave you laughing throughout the entire episode. It's clever and dry like "The Office" but with a bit more energy. All of the other characters are wonderful as well, and you will learn to love each of them for their hilarious quirks and mannerisms that make this show so fantastic. The plot is never boring (though a few episodes dragged somewhat) and is always something unexpected. Highly recommended!Movie Review: Hilarious

"30 Rock" is an example of the rare brilliant comedy that is not going to appeal to the masses. It's too frenetic, filled with lightning quick wit balanced with unabashed slapstick. And it makes it probably the best comedy on TV today, much more likely to induce a belly laugh than the entertaining, but more restrained, "Office." Like under-appreciated 00's comedies that preceded it ("Scrubs," "Arrested Development"), "30 Rock" and its pitch-perfect ensemble, led by Tina Fey, Tracy Morgan and Alec Baldwin, will probably shine best among a small group of devotees who don't like their comedy served in cookie-cutter fashion.
