I bought six seasons of "24". We started watching them recently. There are six DVDs to a season. Season 1 - one DVD was badly scratched so we were not able to watch the entire DVD. Season 2 - one DVD was scratched but it eventually went past the scratch and we were able to finish.
I contacted Amazon and they acted immediately and will be sending me a new set. I am very happy with their response.
