Movie Review: Invincible Television
Summary: 5 Stars
To be honest, I don't really care what you think of this season. 24 is the best TV show this planet has ever seen and deserves the five stars for that. That said, I absolutely LOVED this season. Jack's back and kicking [...]! He goes from flawed hero to tragic hero and comes ready to prove he deserves the title (only the greatest do). Some people don't find everything in the show 100% realistic; neither do I, and I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! If you want realistic, watch a documentary. If you want the best entertainment ever the be broadcasted on television, check out this show. 24 is the kind of invincible television out to prove not everything exiting your TV is crap. Also, I've been watching this show since season 1, and the last episode of this season was possibly the best in 24 history. I was not let down by this season.Movie Review: Hello, Jack.

I have never got hooked on a TV show before. We got the first 4 seasons at Christmas on DVD. We sat up all night a couple of nights. It is the best TV I have ever watched.
Kiefer Sutherland is really a classy guy. On and off the screen. I love it when I read a review by a "bleeding heart Lib"--especially one that spells Cheney's name wrong.
Sutherland learned to rope pretty good and that is a plus for us cowboys. He is blessed with humility--rare in Hollywood.
We will get all seasons on DVD as they are released. I marvel that they can keep it fresh and interesting. I really liked the episode on April 9 where Jack just Killed them all. Shades of a line from a Bruce Willis movie.."Shoot everybody and then somke a bunch of cigarettes."
Movie Review: Taut. Suspenseful. Cliffhanging. Exciting.

I am growing increasingly concerned for Jack's health. He looks a little weary in this season. It is certainly understandable after two years of torture at the hands of Chinese. But let's face it, at this frantic pace, he is going to burn out, perhaps soon. I mean, does CTU have a health care plan or what? Did you see the wounds on his back? Does he need glasses, do you think?
And what about his 401k plan? Do you think CTU is giving him a decent match? I suppose he is in the Federal Civil Service pension plan, but still.
Having said that, I am thinking of starting a write-in campaign for Bauer for President in 2008. Since the death of President David Palmer, Jack is the only one I can trust.
Movie Review: Jack Bauer for President!

This sets the standard for action/drama in a televison series,imo. Jack Bauer has become such an iconic figure in popular culture that even people who dont watch the show know who he is. 24 is just as ground breaking and cutting edge as it was when it first debuted. A take no prisoners soldier/agent, Jack Bauer is an American hero for the ages. Week after week we all sit on the edge of our seats awaiting Jack's next move. Anyone who hasnt seen this show already has missed out,but not to worry. You can get all the Jack Bauer that you can handle on dvd right here at Amazon. I'm almost jealous because you get to watch it from beginning to end in one sitting. The best show on television!Movie Review: Weakest season but still great TV

This is probably the weakest season. Writers didn't really know what to do and winged it. Story lines have all been done before. People teleport from one place to another and they don't care about real time anymore.
Every little thing that happens is going to lead to world war 3 according to the writers. Many more things but after all that is said and done this show is still exciting and gets your heart pumping. It's really starting to insult your intelligence now but damn I can't pull away during moments and the ending was great.
Oh yeah, everyone commits a felony and somehow gets no jail time. Jack commits about 20 of them during a season : P
