Movie Review: Great exercise!

I bought this DVD as part of a set of three (Amazon UK) and I have to say that I liked it a lot better than the first one I tried, the Latin Dance one. These are my first exercise DVD's so I am not an experienced person and I haven't tried the third one yet but the lady in this one explains the exercises quite well and they are fun, although maybe not for very experienced people as they are quite simple (just right for me at this moment). It does exactly what it says, toning for beginners! The room where she does the exercise I found also more pleasant than the first one which was rather bear (not that this is an important point but nevertheless more agreeable). Also the fact that she looks a lot like my eldest daughter is fun.... it almost feels like we are exercising together! And the most important thing is that I really feel that I have been exercising when I finish it so I will keep alternating this one with the other ones. I found the Latin one very confusing and everything happens rather fast but maybe I will get the steps as I do them more often. I sincerely hoop so! The fact that you can mix and match is also great as you adapt the session to the time you have!
