Movie Review: 5 Stars for Pilates Summary: 5 Stars The instructor Lara Hudson motivates you through each 10 minute section that you can do all together for a total of 50 minutes or only do a couple at a time. I thought the execises were all unique and fun to do.
Abs- This is one of my favorite ab routines you do many different exercises and never once do a standard crunch. You can feel your abs working a quickly see results.
Buns and Thighs- Most of the exercises in this 10 minutes are ones I have never done before and although some are very easy others can really challenge you.
Sculpting- The title confused me at first but it is just pilates for arms. This segment works every part of your arm using light handweights to sculpt your arms without adding bulk.
Burn- This segment is my favorite the exercises are different and fun, I don't break a sweat but I deffinatly have to work hard.
Flexibility- I do this at the end of the day and it relaxes and de-stresses me. The exercises are not challenging (as they are supposed to be) and they help me fall asleep at night.
I would deffinatly recommend this DVD to anyone. Some reviews say it is hard to do if you are a beginner. I am not a beginner so I cannot comment on that but they seem easy enough to me.
Movie Review: Excellent! Summary: 5 StarsThis is an excellent workout. The more I complete the workout, the easier it gets. But, I still wouldn't say it's EASY, just a VERY effective quick workout -- who wants easy? :)

Movie Review: Not for the weak & not-limber but easy to follow Summary: 4 StarsI purchased this DVD because it said it was an easier pilates video to do; basically anyone, even beginners, could do it. I have to disagree. I started this video and tried to do all of the 5, ten minute sections. It wasn't completely hard, but definitely challenging. I am not the most fit person, but also not the most unfit. I had a harder time because I am just not as limber as you should be to use this pilates video. I am not saying I wouldn't suggest it, I am just saying it's not definitely for beginners. However, the instructions are clear and since it's broken up into the five-ten minute sections it gets even lazy people like me to get off the couch and do it.
Movie Review: 5 stars for Ms. Hudson! Summary: 5 StarsThis is an exceptional work-out video. I think Lara does a wonderful job at explaining the excersizes for the beginners, and I believe that she has great knowledge of the muscles. After comparing it to Denise Austin's Burn Fat Fast tape, I realized how good this one really is. Lara stays on tempo and is easy to follow along, unlike Denise.
I used to be a dancer, and I performed in the Lion King, but then my stretch marks got the best of me, and I dont fit in my leopard leotard anymore. :(
However, After doing this tape for a month twice a day, i lost 10 inches along my waist, and a total of 65 pounds! THANKS LARA! 5 stars!
