Movie Review: Best Workout DVD Ever!

A couple summers ago while I was at my dad's house, my stepmom let me borrow this DVD to work out while I was there. I fell in love with it instantly, because of it's user-friendly format, 10 minute workout segments, and the amazing BURN you feel afterwards even though you only did 10 minutes of work! I often put all of them together in different orders, to mix up what I was doing, but even when I was getting more toned, the workouts still challenged me and my improved flexibility allowed for me to stretch each exercise farther, to make it harder. The instructor is very easy to understand, and she always has a smile on her face. I now own this DVD for myself, and I love it still!! :)
